Future of the US Army Decisive Deathality Platform

The US Army is currently developing a variety of ground combat vehicles. These include both the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle as well as the Armored MultiPurpose Vehicle. CBO has recently concluded that the army could acquire a new system in 2035. In fact, the AMPV is already well underway with a construction contract awarded in 2014. Abrams X on the other hand is not a new platform. It already has a prototype.

The vehicle is being billed as the next-generation light tanks for Infantry Brigade Combat Teams. The M-113 armored personnel vehicle carrier will continue to be in service until the vehicle is deployed. Other notable vehicles in the pipeline include the mobile protected firepower and the robot powered M113. These vehicles are still in the planning stages. For the Abrams' future, however, it is best to remain loyal.

The OMFV is a new type of ground combat vehicle that will play a significant role in the future. They are designed to be able to perform multiple missions with one vehicle. They may be cheaper and more efficient than their manned counterparts if you have some creativity. A battle squadron will be ready to go in no time if it has two or more of these vehicles.

Similarly, the most powerful weapon in the new vehicle is also the lightest. Although some believe it to be the dreaded RPG-7 however, the M113 lightweight armored M113 can multiply your power. Moreover, the AMPV is likely to take on the responsibilities of the venerable Abrams, paving the way for a resurgence of American infantry units lost in the late 1990s. The AMPV could also be a boon for the budget with a potential savings of hundreds of millions. In the end, it is still to be seen which one of these vehicles will prevail in the grand scheme. The future of the US Army remains uncertain. A successful campaign depends on having the right vehicle at just the right moment. The Army's decision-making machine works hard to determine the best course.
